Acquisition

Once upon a time this meant film and video cameras.   And it still does, but now it also means computers, pre-processing (or not!), better glass, and lots of definition.

Big production, high res

Film isn’t dead, no matter what they say.  But digital imaging is doing its best to engulf and devour; digital post is getting very progressive, and digital display is where everyone is looking.

Three Dimensions – coming at you!

If you think that 3D means B-movies and red/green glasses, think again.   Stereoscopic content is becoming easier to produce, and has huge audience acceptance.   For the first time at a SMPTE Australia conference, we show you why 3D is creating such a buzz.
