Nominations Open for 2007 ACS International Award for Cinematography: Members are advised that nominations are now open for the ACS International Award for Cinematography. Nominations can only be made by members logging into the website and using the official nomination form. This award was first presented last year, and is given for excellence in cinematography and is open to ANY feature film cinematographer working on the international stage.
Ross Wood Award Applications Open: Applications are now open for the Ross Wood Snr Memorial Trust Award, to be awarded at the 2007 National Awards. The award may be made annually (at the National Awards) to a member of the Australian Cinematographers Society who has made, or intends to make, a contribution to cinematography and/or develop their career in the areas of research, education, experimentation, or technical, scientific, or aesthetic innovation, or for any worthwhile cause for the advancement of cinematography in Australia.
