50 years of the ACS - The Launch

Celebrating Cinematography in Australia

50 years of the ACS

The Launch

The ACS celebrates our 50th Anniversary in 2008 and you’re invited to the launch at Sydney’s Powerhouse Museum on Thursday 19 July.

Join other members, industry partners and VIP’s; who are all in Sydney for the SMPTE Exhibition, as we embark on what will be the biggest event ever staged by the ACS, concluding with the National Awards for Cinematography to be held in Manly on 24 May 2008.

Our celebrations will not only look retrospectively at achievements of cinematographers and the Society in the past 50 years, but also how we can achieve and address the challenges in the industry today and in the future

More details including special guests and our keynote speaker will be available soon… This is a ticket only event, with an official invitation being mailed to you in early July
